On 27 May 2021, Ambassador Mr. Béla Fazekas met with MNA Mrs. Mehnaz Akber Aziz, Convener of the Pakistani-Hungarian Friendship Group of the Pakistani Parliament as well as other group members. The Ambassador informed the representatives about the results of the Foreign Ministers’ bilateral meeting held in Islamabad at the end of April: the signed company agreements, the Hungarian offers promoting economic relations and the extension of the Stipendium Hungaricum agreement, which provides 200 Hungarian scholarships to Pakistani students per year. The parties agreed that better use of the legislative relations between the two countries could significantly help to broaden bilateral cooperation in all areas.
