On 21 July 2022 Ambassador Mr. Béla Fazekas – on the personal invitation of Pakistani Minister of Water Resources Mr. Syed Khurshid Ahmad Shah – attended the international water conference organized by the ministry. In the framework of the workshop, three topics, Water Governance, Water Resources Management and Conservation, Water Resources Development were discussed between the invited experts and the various organizations working on the topic.
In his opening speech, the Pakistani Minister of Water Resources highlighted and cited as an example to follow the Hungarian-Pakistani Water Cooperation Agreement as well as the on-site contribution of Hungarian experts in its continuous implementation.
