The Wild ManGoes is a Hungarian - Pakistani rock n roll band formed in March, 2015 in Islamabad. The group plays all-time hits from the Europe, USA, Hungary and Pakistan, Its mission is to entertain open-minded dynamic people and give them wonderful time and fun. In the last some years their playing for dancing became an attraction of the band as well.

The composition of the band is the basis for calling them Hungarian-Pakistani group. The group was founded by two Hungarian diplomats and three Pakistani musicians:

Sándor Mihálkó - percussions)  

Attila Kocsis - guitar

Zeejah Fazli lead guitar, founder of the FACE cultural hub,

Muqeet Khan vocal, emerging media person,

Shamoon Ismail (bass guitar) – making a solo carrier that moment

Shamoon was replaced soon by Ali Tahir who was long time an important factor of the band.

Other former members of the band are: Umair bass guitar, Alan bass guitar, Haider rythm guitar, Imran Bass guitar, Aaishah vocal, Maria vocal.  

Continuous support and critical view from the family members and friends of the band are also very important when progress is at stake.

As a hobby band rehearsal time is limited to only once a week or less preparing generally for the next gig in Islamabad. FACE, the Islamabad cultural hub, provides the band with a strong background as it can use its venue and other facilities. The Hungarian Embassy in Islamabad was also a great help in developing. The music lover Hungarian Ambassador István Szabó always says that „as many times I see you guys playing as many times you sound better”.

Diplomats, high level Pakistani officials and Pakistani business circles are to be entertained during official occasions in Islamabad. Private events and diplomatic events are also in the list for the band to play for.

The concept behind the Wild ManGoes is the cultural diplomacy which contributes to understand each other and the good relationship between the people of Hungary and Pakistan. Among the fans of the band you can find Pakistani people from the middle class, youngsters, universities’ students and foreign diplomats and Pakistani government officials and more.

The band completed recording and shooting its first song „Százszor még/Sanson mein”
