Between 4-5 August 2022 Lieutenant General Romulusz Ruszin-Szendi, Commander of Hungarian Defence Forces visited Pakistan, where he met – inter alia – with General Nadeem Raza, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee.
During the meeting dr. Romulusz Ruszin-Szendi highlighted that the visit of H.E. Mr. Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary in April 2021 gave an impetus to the relations between the two countries, which is clearly reflected in the rapid development of bilateral ties.
