Working hours of the Consular Section:

 - Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
 - Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 hours.
 - The Consulate and Visa Section remains closed on Saturday and Sunday and on public holidays.
 - The Embassy of Hungary in Islamabad is closed on both Pakistani and Hungarian national holidays.

Fees:

Consular charges are payable in a dedicated branch of UBL Bank just after the appointment, with a special deposit slip provided by the Visa Officer. Please do not arrange any payment before receiving the deposit slip!

Services:

 - Pakistani nationals, third country nationals legally residing in Pakistan, and nationals, whose country of origin has no Hungarian Consular presence (or visa representation agreement), have the right to apply for a Schengen (short-stay) visa to Hungary at our Embassy.
 - We kindly inform all visitors that on the basis of bilateral agreements, the Consular Section of the Embassy of Hungary in Islamabad issues short term “C”-type Schengen visa representing Lithuania and Estonia, for citizens residing in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. In case of application for long-term “D” national visa to Lithuania or Estonia, please turn to the closest Lithuanian/Estonian Embassy directly.
 - Citizens of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan may also apply for visa at the Consular Section of the Embassy of Hungary in Islamaba as long as they prove legal residence/presence in Pakistan.
